Edward Vinson's is a well established, respected and dynamic group which is closely involved with all aspects of commercial soft fruit production. These activities include the breeding, trials and development of new varieties, the propagation of plants for ourselves and other growers, and the growing, harvesting and packing of fruit for supermarkets and other outlets.
There are two separate companies which form the group, Edward Vinson Limited (Fruit Farms and Breeding Programme) and Edward Vinson Plants Limited (Fruit Plant Propagators).
Our foundations were laid some 150 years ago by the Vinson family who then grew a wide range of fruit and vegetable crops for sale into the London markets. The companies' present ethos is still based on ethical principles, concern for staff welfare and customer care. We produce both plants and fruit to best practice with the intention of supplying high quality products which are safe for the consumer and the environment, and at the same time being innovative and early adopters of new techniques.
